Return & Refund Policy 

We work hard to make sure our stuffed friends are ready to meet their new families. Sometimes, there are manufacturing defects we don't know about. If you find one of these in the first 30 days from your adoption, please contact us. We'll ask you to send a picture of the defect and we'll determine whether or not you'll need to send the animal back to us. We'll do our best to find a solution that works for everyone. That might include returning your friend to us and choosing an alternate replacement. It isn't possible for us to keep every animal in stock indefinitely. If we can't replace your animal with an equivalent one, we'll offer you the choice of another animal of the same price or a full refund once we receive the defective animal and verify that the defect is in manufacturing.

If we made an error in shipping your product, you should let us know immediately upon receipt by filling out the order discrepancy form. You should include all the information we will need to know in order to research your original order in our system. If we determine that we made an error, we will ship you a replacement as quickly as reasonably possible. We may also ask you to return the incorrect order to us at our cost. If we cannot fulfill your original order, we will issue a full refund.

Other than manufacturing defects that we confirm, all sales are final. If you feel you have a particularly unique circumstance, you can email "orders@..."  with the details of your situation. Bear and Company, Inc. will determine, at our sole discretion, whether or not to allow a return. If we authorize a return, we will reduce the amount of your refund by the amount of the return shipping fees.

All Bear and Company, Inc. decisions are final.

You should expect to receive any refund within four weeks, however, you may receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We ship within the United States of America.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
